The variations comprise constructions of brick (poroton), sand-lime brick with an external thermal insulation, solid wood (lenotec), a lightweight wooden wallboard construction and a Passive House Institute certified wooden wallboard construction. The results were comparatively evaluated by calculations of amortization and capital value.
